Ownership Information:The present owner is the fourth European owner since imported into Germany in 09/1992. The second German owner purchased the aircraft in 08/1994 and sold it to the third German owner in 09/1994. The third rerman owner had it converted between 02/2008 and 06/2008 at Jetprop DLX factory. During the conversion at the factory all boots had been replaced. The present owner purchased the aircraft in 04/2015 from a German company and exported the aircraft to San Marino. All FAA and EASA logbooks are available SNEW such as complete documentation of the conversion. Since the conversion, the plane has always been professionally serviced by the same Part 145 maintenance facility. Present maintenance is an experienced German Jetprop DLX maintenance. The fitted MT propeller is 16kg/35Ibs lighter than the Hartzell propeller, offering more payload and better performance. Always hangared and no damage history. General Information: Higher, faster, further and more efficient, the Jetprop DLX is definitely the right investment to travel in a pressurized cabin in high altitudes achieving satisfying cruising speeds and being able to achieve great take-off and landing performance. Operating and maintenance costs are significantly lower compared to bigger multi engine piston planes or other similar turbo props and operating in a much safer environment in icing conditions with an existing FIKI certification. Easy and cost effective to maintain, great to fly for business and leisure! Performance Parameters and Weights:Cruises FL270 with 260KTAS using 32GAL/h.900nm IFR range plus reserve or 1100nm range VFR.Initial climb rate of 2500fpm, reaching FL270 after 15 minutes.Max ramp weight - 4318Ibs/1958kg MTOW - 4300Ibs/1950kg EW - 3145Ibs/1426kg Maximum useful load - 1172Ibs/532kg Maximum usable fuel - 570l/151GAL Payload with full fuel - 168Ibs/76kg
